     INTRODUCTION

Briggsdale Fire Protection District invites and welcomes proposals for their 85 Milton St property project. Please take time to carefully read and become familiar with the proposal requirements. All proposals submitted for consideration must be received by the 5 PM April 16, 2019. 

     PROJECT AND LOCATION

The bid proposal is being requested for property which is located at 85 Milton St, Briggsdale, Colorado 80611.

     PROJECT OBJECTIVE

The objective and ultimate goal of this project is to fix listed repairs from home inspection report to property for rental unit. Scope of work will be based on home inspection report. 

     SCHEDULED TIMELINE

The following timeline has been established to ensure that project objective is achieved, however the project timeline shall be subject to change when deemed necessary by management. 

Start work May 1, 2019. Complete by July 1, 2019

     PROPOSAL BIDDING REQUIRMENTS

Briggsdale Fire Protection District shall award the contract to the proposal that best accommodates the various project requirements. Briggsdale Fire Protection District reserves the right to award contract to more than one Bidder, and refuse any proposal or contract without obligation to either Briggsdale Fire Protection District or to any Bidder offering or submitting a proposal. 

     PROPOSAL SUBMISSION FORMAT

The following is a list of information that the Bidder should include in their proposal submission:

Legal Form of Bidder (e.g. sole proprietor, partnership, corporation)

Date Bidder’s company formed

Bidder’s Federal Employment Identification Number (FEIN)

Evidence of legal authority to conduct business in Colorado (e.g. business license number)

Provide details of licenses and bonds (if any) for any proposed services that the Bidder may plan on providing for this project.

Details of any liability or other insurance provided with regard to staff or project.

References: Provide 3 references. 

Bidder agrees that Briggsdale Fire Protection District may contact all submitted references to obtain any and all information regarding Bidder’s performance.

     INSPECTION REPORT

Inspection report, and contract requirements will be emailed at request of Bidder. All visual inspections will be scheduled through Project Manager.

Intersted in serving on the Briggsdale Fire Protection District Board of Directors? This May 8, two directors will be elected to serve four-year terms on the board. This is a volunteer position.
